Leading Sydney Real Estate Agent and Taurus client, Tina O’Connor recently stressed the importance of maintaining consumer confidence in the property market amidst rising economic uncertainty surrounding the new Trump administration.
In an interview with Elite Agent, Tina shared “Confidence is a really huge factor when it comes to residential real estate. If something’s printed in the media, people will just stop coming to open homes and put their foot on the breaks”.
Her prediction is that any new US policies will eventually have trickle-down effects on the Australian economy. However, despite the attention drawn by the Trump administration’s, concrete impacts are yet to be felt.
