A group of students from Westbourne College Sydney recently embarked on a trip to Singapore to engage in an immersive first-of-its-kind program – the Future Leaders Lab. Held at Westbourne College Singapore, the program was filled with cutting-edge insights and real-world experiences to help shape the leaders of tomorrow. Peers from across the globe engaged in workshops and activities with students in Singapore to gain the knowledge and tools needed to excel. Students also worked alongside (and heard key insights from) industry and globally-leading companies, including Google.
Westbourne College Sydney Principal Patrick McGing shared more insights on the program in Tier 1 Singapore-based start-up and tech publication e27.
His article highlighted the importance of public relations and how effective PR strategies can amplify educational initiatives and cross-border collaborations. In his article, McGing also shared several student testimonials, including a testimonial from Eliott from Westbourne Sydney: “My favourite thing about Google and INSEAD was being able to see the facilities. It was really cool being able to see all the different ways that INSEAD’s trying to be more sustainable.”
