New Taurus client Joanne Pellew, CEO of leading Indigenous workforce in Australia Ochre Workforce Solutions is working to raise awareness of the low rates of employment within the Indigenous community. She aims to disrupt the system and is pioneering greater understanding between employers and our Indigenous people. So far she has placed 900 Indigenous Australians into jobs by continually pushing boundaries and creating change to encourage Indigenous employment policies that work.
