Inspired by brevity and preciousness of life, Where Happiness Hides is available to children and families around the world who don’t always have access to books. The meaningful fable shares a story of two siblings who find pleasure in the little things – a bowl of soup, in beetles, in sunshine and shadows, but also in disappointment and in hope. The humble dialogue and stellar illustrations ignite a sense of hope looking beyond the negative sounds our world echoes as we pause to cherish the moments that bring us joy, remembering happiness is free and it exists in the little things around us.
Australian children’s author, Anthony Bertini together with Dirt Lane Press, illustrator Jennifer Goldsmith and adored actress Greta Scacchi launch FREE children’s fable Where Happiness Hides, in an initiative to inspire children to find magic in everyday moments and happiness in little things – at this isolated time.
Meditative, inspiring and filled with soulful warmth, Where Happiness Hides invites children and the child in all of us to take a second, savour the moment and find joy in the little things.
