In 1995, we were asked by entrepreneur and founder Peter Kazacos to help establish and grow the brand of his IT services company KAZ Group. It is a relationship that has stood the test of time and the co-founding KAZ Directors still work with us 16 years later. We helped position the KAZ Group as one of Australia’s leading IT outsourcers, assisted them with their IPO float in 2000, the acquisition of Aspect in 2001, and through to the sale of KAZ to Telstra for some $356 million in 2007.
