In our traditional celebratory Taurus month (the month of May) I headed to the city yesterday to review new office space for the Taurus team. A location change is part of my strategy to reinvigorate the business post this COVID-19 recovery period and a brand new sparkling environment for the team and it would mark a fresh start to the next phase of Taurus. The offer to share office space has been overwhelming and we have lots of choices. My job as a leader is to ensure this business and my team remains relevant, inspiring, value-driven and focused on excellence – just as it has for the last 25 years. I am in no doubt that this next phase will be as exciting and challenging as the last.
But I recognise it does require an absolute, on the ball, radical commitment to adapt to the many things that will be changed forever or have fast-tracked.
