Using innovative flair, the Taurus creative team designed and built an eye-catching flash presentation featuring a warm greeting bursting from a christmas cracker.

PayGlobal selects Taurus for events support
PayGlobal Limited, the fastest growing people management software company in Australasia, has selected Taurus to assist with the organisation of its events program. Recently, Taurus managed PayGlobal's involvement in the National Payroll Week Conference at Darling Harbour, including boosting attendees to its booth using an iPod giveaway. Zone Alarm and Taurus mix with the IT Media at Media Connect's Influence 2006 Forum
Internet security specialists ZoneAlarm sent Group Product Manager, Jordy Berson, down under from their HQ in San Fransico to meet the Australian IT media. Media Connect's inaugural influence forum offered vendors and journalists the opportunity to meet face to face, engage and build relationships. Angelina Ciccotti joins Taurus Marketing as a Marketing Assistant working across a broad range of marketing initiatives and opportunities. Angelina is about to complete her diploma in Marketing and Events Management at APM Training Institute and is also the lead singer of the funky covers band 'Planet Groove' so Friday afternoons is karaoke at Taurus by default.

Taurus hosts third annual trivia night
Taurus hosted our third annual trivia night at Ambalas Indian restaurant for 81 media, customers and friends. Eight tables performed stunts, trivia from sport, history, geography and the entertainment world, karaoke and much fun was had by all. Congratulations to the winning team - 'The Klataglams'. Taurus was celebrating 56 per cent year on year growth and reaching our financial targets.

Taurus raises money for cancer research with Worlds Biggest Morning Tea
Taurus shared an exquisite morning tea with customers and friends to raise money for a cause close to our hearts - the Cancer Council's Biggest Morning Tea in memory of Lisa Jane. Attendees enjoyed a wonderful feast of sandwiches, cakes and scones and the highlight of the morning was the drawing of the raffle, with prizes kindly donated by Rescu. Beauty Bar courtesy of Bahar Geddes of Brandmakers and beautiful hampers and flowers from Sarah at Smell the Roses. Taurus would like to thank everyone for taking time out to support the cause - $2,000 was raised.

Media product launch - ASUS Lamborghini VX1 notebook series
Taurus organised and managed the launch of the ASUS Lamborghini XV1 notebook at the Sydney Lamborghini showroom on May 17th to much excitement, fine culinary fare and wonderful wine. ASUS MD, Ted Chen, showed an audio visual display demonstrating ASUS leadership in Taiwan, with the highlight of the evening the reveal of the new Lamborghini notebooks, which were well complimented by the matching sleek finishes of the Lamborghini cars.

Taurus becomes the first agency to exhibit at CeBit
Taurus took the plunge, and invested in a large stand at CeBit to promote their marketing, PR and creative services to over 6,000 IT professionals and IT business owners at CeBit 06. The Taurus team showcased a proposition to IT businesses entitled "Do you stand out from the crowd"? and handed out "The Taurus 8 Top Tips to stand out" to delegates. The stand reflected the Taurus purple brand and a chocolate fountain entertained visitors. Over 100 qualified leads were collected and Taurus received congratulations from media friends.

The Taurus creative division consolidates and expands with the appointment of new Production Manager Dave Colwell.
David's career in digital media began in 1998 as a Producer at Spike, the first and largest online services and multimedia company in Australia at the time. Managing the online strategy and creative production for clients over the last eight years such as AAMI, Just Car Insurance, Australian Pensioners Insurance, Mars, Diagio Australia, Rip Curl and Toyota, David adds his extensive IT and creative knowledge to the Taurus skill set. David has also been a business owner and set-up an online E-Commerce company selling cosmetics nationally in Australia (that was successfully sold in 2004).

Our stall proved to be very popular with its range of toffee apples and colourful balloons for both the kids and the kids at heart!
